Delivery
All my items are hand-made to order and thus will be dispatched within 2 weeks of your order being placed. This is subject to material availability and Royal Mail/ courier fulfilment. I will contact you immediately in the unlikely event that there is an availability issue. I accept no responsibility for delays due to the Post Office/Royal Mail or any other courier service.
Postage
All orders will be dispatched via either courier or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, with Insurance to give you peace of mind that all purchases are traceable and covered for or any loss/damage.
Refunds
I offer a full refund policy provided that you notify me of your intention to return the goods within 5 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be given if goods are returned in unused and undamaged condition and with all tags and packaging within 21 days of delivery. Refunds will not include the cost of delivery of your order, unless goods have been damaged in transit and need to be replaced. If goods are being returned for any reason other than damage to them, I will not be responsible for payment of or refund of costs incurred in returning items.
